Saturday – Arrival Arrival at the Resort Sovana hotels and accommodation. Walk through the medieval village to explore the local artisans. Dinner at Taverna Etrusca Hotel's restaurant where the chef works his plate like a jewel, precious and decorated.
Sunday - Golf Day Breakfast and departure for a sports day for Saturnia Golf. The golf course is part of the Terme di Saturnia. The journey of 18 holes is gently undulating and full of obstacles in defense of the green. The course, set in the Tuscan Maremma is exciting and early morning is easy to see deer, hares, pheasants and many species of birds that inhabit the Maremma. In the evening return to hotel and dinner at the restaurant.
Monday - Etruscan Pitigliano Breakfast and departure Pitigliano. Visit to the Archeological Museum which houses more than a thousand archaeological finds of Etruscan. Lunch in the beautiful Enoteca dug into the tuff; walk in the discovery of the local village and admire the view observed from the tuff outcrop on which stands the village. Departure for the Open Air Museum Alberto Manzi for a particularly emotional visit between archeology and nature. Return to hotel and dinner at the restaurant.
Tuesday - Pitigliano - The Little Jerusalem Breakfast and departure to Pitigliano, a day dedicated to the knowledge of the Jewish soul of Pitigliano. Pitiglino is also known as Little Jerusalem. This town has hosted a Jewish community probably already at the end of 400. The Jews occupied the southern part of Pitigliano, today known as The Ghetto. In this air born a beautiful Synagogue, the Oven of Unleavened Bread, schools and shops. Our tour includes a visit at the Synagogue and a themed lunch in the morning. In the afternoon a Laboratory activity is expected at the Forno il Ghetto; here you will learn how to prepare The Sfratto dei Goym, a Jewish sweet that is also a Slow Food Presidium. Return and dinner at Taverna Etrusca.
Wednesday - Sovana Breakfast and departure to visit winery with tasting the best wines of Tuscany. Light lunch at Taverna Etrusca. Visit the Necropolis of Sovana and its most important tombs including the tomb Hildebrand, considered the most important monument in the necropolis of Etruria. Return to hotel for accommodation and departure for dinner at the Restaurant La Fattoria Aldobrandesca.
Thursday - Day of the Terme di Saturnia Spa Breakfast and departure for the Terme di Saturnia.
Multiple opportunities for welfare in the Park pools, which includes four outdoor pools, whirlpools and vascular hot and cold water.
Possibility of massage, holistic treatments, aesthetic and other welfare activities.
Return to the Hotel and dinner at the restaurant.
