Using Tuscan raw materials of high intrinsic quality (Carrara marble, crystal, Volterra alabaster, Florentine olive wood and leather) and hints of the Orient (spices and essences) Villoresi creates tailor-made fragrances, perfumes as well as a series of defined and scented items for the home. The "customized” fragrances  stem from a direct contact between the perfumer and person where the individual desires, words, memories and emotions are processed by the alchemist-psychologist and become a perfume. Brunch at the “Enoteca Intelligente”. Guided tour of Florence including the unforgettable Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Piazzale Michelangelo. Return and dinner at the Castellare restaurant.

This is a moment of gastronomic culture in which you eat and learn about two of the most important meats in Italy, the Chianina (from which the famous “Bistecca alla Fiorentina” comes from) and the Maremmana Slow Food Presidium. The dishes prepared by chef Andrea Magnani help to evaluate the organoleptic differences of the two races and their wine pairings.
